First Plant Powered Thanksgiving. 

Thursday was the first Thanksgiving of my new plant-powered lifestyle. I didn’t really miss not having a turkey as much as I thought I would. But as you can see by the photo, there was an abundance of good food. 

What’s Going On?

Nine months ago, I resolved to make a change in my life. I started a fitness journey and along the way I committed to a plant- based diet. I intend for this blog to be a record of that journey and will, hopefully, keep me accountable.
