Well, it’s the second day of the month-long challenge that I have given myself to work out every day.
Today’s DDP Yoga workout was Stand Up. It is a workout that has you (as the name suggests) on your feet the entire time. It focuses on your balance. The problem is that, right now, I have a bit of a problem with my inner ear, which threw off my balance. So, I didn’t get as much out of the workout as I would have liked.
